Project Management
WASSER project and program managers work collaboratively with resources
and client stakeholders to develop and drive project plans, while
maintaining clear and effective communication channels for all involved
parties. They’re also responsible for monitoring project scope and clearing
obstacles that might block your team’s progress. WASSER project managers are
matched to their work and clients, based on experience, interests, and
training.
Assessment
WASSER will work closely with your team members to determine the right
approach for your project. After extensive consultation, we’ll create a
project scope from which a budget, milestones, and deliverables will come.
Planning
WASSER works with you to establish how the work will get done. This
includes reviewing or creating your project documents, such as a creative
brief or branding guidelines. We’ll help fill in any gaps in the documents
and make sure that all parties are in agreement about the course that the
project will take. When the foundation is in place, we’ll assign a team for
the project and develop an action plan that will summarize responsibilities,
schedule, milestones, and approach.
Execution
As soon as the team begins work, your project manager stays in touch with
the use of status reports, updates, and questions as the project progresses.
Frequent communication can help the project move smoothly to completion and
with no surprises.
Delivery
WASSER will deliver your project in the format(s) that the product
documentation describes.
Maintenance
Digital media often calls for upgrades, content updates, or ongoing
publishing schedules. Design projects might need to integrate with other
initiatives or evolve as you do. WASSER can show you how to maintain your
content, or we can assign a team to handle scheduled updates.
