Intel Press provides books for developers and IT professionals to learn about the latest technologies from Intel. Intel Press needed to standardize some business processes to increase production efficiencies.
THE SOLUTION
WASSER developed repeatable production processes and quality checklists that we used to produce and print books for Intel Press. By having our management and production team implement these processes, Intel was able to triple its number of annual projects and reduce project investment by 30 percent, compared to using internal resources.
